Sangla Foods Sdn Bhd shall use reasonable endeavours to deliver Products of acceptable quality to the delivery address specified and keyed in by the Customer but Sangla Foods Sdn Bhd cannot guarantee any firm delivery time and Sangla Foods Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any delay in its delivery services, if the delay has been due to causes beyond the control of Sangla Foods Sdn Bhd.
Your Order will be delivered to you via the service of a courier service Sangla Foods Sdn Bhd of our choice. At this juncture, our delivery service is extended to Malaysia only.
For orders placed before 12 noon, please allow around ten (10) working days for delivery within Peninsular Malaysia and twenty (20) working days for East Malaysia including Labuan unless otherwise notified by Sangla Foods Sdn Bhd.
Please be aware that there might be additional shipment delays due to Movement Control Orders (MCOs). During peak online sales & promotional periods, orders and deliveries may take longer time. For festive seasons, please place your order twenty (20) days in advance in addition to the regular lead time required.
Please note that we will not accept delivery to a P.O. Box address and it might not be possible for delivery to some locations within the aforesaid areas in certain circumstances. If delivery to some locations is not possible, we may contact you to arrange for delivery to an alternative address.
The Customer is to notify Sangla Foods Sdn Bhd immediately of a change to his delivery address and contact number.
Deliveries are made only during working days.
In the event of unsuccessful delivery due to an unattended recipient address upon arrival of goods, there will be no refund of delivery fees. Should the delivery need to be rescheduled, additional delivery charges will apply.
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver one order to multiple delivery addresses. In this instance, you must order items separately and assign the different delivery addresses to each.

West Malaysia
- RM7 for orders under RM30
- RM5 for orders between RM30 and RM59.99
- RM3 for orders between RM60 and RM79.99
- RM2 for orders between RM80 and RM99.99
- Free delivery for orders above RM100
East Malaysia including Labuan
- RM14 for orders up to 2kg
- RM12 for each additional kg thereafter up to 10kg
- Please contact us directly for orders above 10kg
If the Customer is not personally available to accept delivery, a representative may accept delivery on behalf of the Customer provided always that the said representative must be over 18 years of age and capable of receiving the delivery. The Customer or its representative may be required to produce proof of identity on delivery or collection of Products and all deliveries shall be signed off by the Customer or its representative on the delivery invoices.
Sangla Foods Sdn Bhd reserves the right to withhold delivery of the Products to the Customer if it has any doubts whatsoever as to the Customer’s credit worthiness or insufficient identification.
